Vale Domestic Abuse Services is thrilled to announce that Shelley, Karen and Abi have joined #TeamValeDAS for the Cardiff Half!

Over the next five months, we’ll be documenting their fundraising and training journeys as they prepare to take on the half marathon challenge in October, raising as much money as possible for Vale Domestic Abuse Services in the process.

As a small local charity, we rely heavily on individual fundraising to provide many of our services to survivors in the Vale of Glamorgan. We want to say a huge thank you to Shelley, Karen and Abi for taking on this huge physical challenge to raise vital funds that can help change the lives of survivors in The Vale.
